Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. is seeking an Account Director – Integrated Facilities Management (Technology) to lead regional account plans, manage cross-functional teams, and drive performance across office and tech lab facilities.

You will partner with clients to exceed contractual commitments while delivering innovative AI-enabled facilities solutions. Reporting to APAC leadership, you will oversee multi-country programs, advance HX initiatives, and ensure strong governance through quarterly

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in real estate with strength in Facilities Account Management
• Experience managing complex account structures across multiple teams, locations and countries
• Ability to balance client interests with firm growth opportunities and translate needs into opportunities
• Strong leadership, relationship-building with stakeholders, peers and teams
• Results-driven with data-driven performance measurement and decisive adjustments
• Excellent communication and credibility with leaders to build morale and trust

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for regional account plans to deliver exceptional service and exceed obligations
• Build and manage relationships with key client stakeholders as the single point of contact for service delivery
• Lead a high-performing team with coaching and feedback to refresh capabilities
• Drive financial performance by meeting revenue, expense and debtor targets and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Develop and implement the global HX program in the region and monitor HX targets via surveys
• Oversee contract management ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
• Focus on facilities management and project management for office and tech lab facilities
• Drive regional AI initiatives and source best practices to improve performance
• Champion diversity and inclusion across the team and ensure cross-country alignment
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and participate in global QBRs to standardize reporting and procedures
