Job summary

Apparent is seeking an Account Director or Senior Account Manager to lead our Google team on integrated campaigns across social, events, video, and demos, with a focus on AI and tech. You’ll own day-to-day client relationships, oversee complex projects from start to finish, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, high-standard agency environment.

Based at our Eveleigh HQ, you’ll work Tuesday to Thursday in the office with hybrid days. We value craft, growth, and genuine collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of creative agency experience, ideally from a social, digital or integrated background.
• Strong project leadership skills, a solid marketing background, and a creative mindset.
• Excel in communication, both written and verbal, and are confident in presenting to clients.
• Have a track record in developing strong relationships both internally with your team and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day client relationship on our Google team, interrogating briefs, negotiating budgets, and earning client trust as a proactive, solutions-oriented partner.
• Work closely with strategists, creatives, producers to develop and lead brilliant strategic and creative outputs.
• Oversee complex projects from end-to-end. A strong understanding of ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Share and build knowledge in the AI and tech space and use these insights and key client project learnings to inform proactive client work.
• Identify new opportunities for growth across key clients.
