Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Local and Regional Accounts Manager – FMOD, a senior hybrid role delivering facilities management and property services across a diverse portfolio. You will support client account teams, supervise embedded staff, and coordinate casual resources while ensuring compliance and financial oversight.

You will lead improvement initiatives, manage national accounts including ORIX, and travel as required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management-level role in Facilities Management / Account Management.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or national FM portfolios, incl. rural/remote properties.
• Property management experience including lease management, rent reviews, renewals, tenant advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with occupiers, clients, and stakeholders; delivers business reviews and performance reports.
• Provides property oversight including reporting, minor capital projects, and client change management.
• Ensures compliance with Essential Services, BCA, Australian Standards, DDA, OH&S, and policies via audits and hazard/incident management.
• Oversees planned preventative maintenance programs, contractor performance, and supplier relationships.
• Manages non-routine and reactive maintenance including quotations and PSC liaison.
• Handles financial tasks such as invoice approvals, budgets, forecasting, and expenditure monitoring.
• Leads embedded staff and casual resources; supports onboarding and deployment across sites.
• Contributes to FM On Demand process improvements and team culture.
• Assists with sustainability initiatives and maintains portfolio databases; provides after-hours emergency response and national travel as required.
