Job summary

Primed Agentic Pty Ltd has an Account Director – Commercial Signage role offering flexible WFH and a 12pm Friday finish. You’ll inherit an established portfolio of Tier 1 construction accounts and focus on account management rather than cold business development.

You’ll work with experienced project managers and estimators to deliver client value. You will be relationship-driven and commercially minded, spending your time building great customer relationships with major signage and fit-out

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or sales within construction, signage, or fit-out sectors.
• Strong relationship-building and client meeting skills.
• Ability to manage Tier 1 customer relationships and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 customers.
• Meet clients regularly to understand needs and opportunities.
• Grow existing accounts and secure new business within established portfolios.
• Be the trusted point of contact for customers and coordinate with internal teams.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Established for 20+ years with 50+ staff, this business has built an outstanding reputation delivering major signage and fit-out projects for some of Australia's leading Tier 1 builders and developers.

This is not a cold BD role and you're not walking into an empty territory.

You'll inherit an established portfolio of key accounts and focus on what you're best at:

• Building strong relationships with Tier 1 customers
• Getting out and meeting clients
• Staying across upcoming projects and opportunities
• Growing existing accounts
• Becoming the trusted point of contact for your customers

And importantly, you can focus on Account Management.

You'll have experienced Project Managers and Estimators supporting you with project delivery, estimating and quoting, allowing you to spend more of your time with customers.

ABOUT YOU

You'll ideally have Account Management or Sales experience across construction, signage, fit-out, POS, building products or another project-led environment.

You're relationship-driven, commercially minded and want to spend your time building great customer relationships rather than sitting behind a desk managing every part of project delivery.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Up to $130K Base + Super + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle
