Claro Aged Care And Disability Services is seeking an Accommodation Services Manager to lead a dedicated team across the Western Melbourne region. The role focuses on delivering personalised care, guiding operations, and building partnerships with clients, families and community partners.

You'll oversee daily operations, develop staff, ensure care plans align with goals, and maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, including NDIS standards.

The Opportunity:

The Accommodation Services Manager will lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, foster a culture of excellence, and build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners across the Western Melbourne region.

This is a vital leadership role supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs, ensuring they receive exceptional, personalised care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across your portfolio, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate team committed to quality care
• Ensure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence, social engagement, and wellbeing
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organisations, and stakeholders
• Responding to incidents and feedback in a timely manner
• Support the development and review of care plans and documentation
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements

What Success Looks Like:

• Clients and their families feel supported, engaged and respected
• Support workers are confident, capable and well supported
• Rostering and operational processes run smoothly

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven leadership experience in community services, disability, or aged care; ideally within NDIS
• Qualifications in Community Services, Management, Business, or related fields are desirable
• A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality support
• Strong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Proven operational performance management skills in alignment with performance targets and KPIs.

Additional Requirements:

• Current National Police Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Evidence of current work rights in Australia
