• Must be okay with dogs as there is a dog on the premises (outside)
• Monday Tuesday Wednesday 9am to 1pm
• Saturday Wk1 9am to 1pm
• Sunday WK2 9am to 1pm
• Monday Tuesday and Wednesday 8pm to midnight and Inactive Sleepover midnight to 8am

What you’ll do

• Person-centered planning: Chat with the client (and family/advocates), get the know them and understanding of goals and routines.
• Complex physical care: Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, daily tasks, and devices (wheelchairs, aids, etc.) as outlined in the plan
• Medical supports: Watch for changes, follow med/clinical plans, and liaise with the care team if things shift.
• Social time and participation: Bring meaning, fun, and community access aligned with interests.
• Autonomy and advocacy: Support decision-making, respect consent, boost independence where possible.
• Cultural humility: Respect backgrounds, beliefs, and ways of being

Who we’re looking for

• Interest or experience in complex care, disability, and health nuances.
• Great communicator: listens well, reads cues, and adapts to different styles.
• Reliable and professional, with good notetaking and teamwork.
• Flexible and adaptable; comfortable with changing needs and shifts.

• Optional but nice: Manual handling, epilepsy management, or disability-support training.
• Experience with: Complex Bowel Care, Condom Drainage, Manual Handling (full hoist), full Personal Care
