• Proven operational performance management skills in alignment with performance targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across your portfolio, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate team committed to quality care.
• Ensure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence, social engagement, and wellbeing.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organisations, and stakeholders.
