JETOUR Australia is seeking an Accessory Manager to drive the genuine and approved accessory business across Australia. You will lead market-relevant portfolio development, pricing, and lifecycle management, working with national dealers and suppliers to deliver compliant, commercially sustainable solutions.
This role offers the chance to build the accessory function from the ground up, partnering with Product, Aftersales, Parts, Sales and Marketing to maximise performance and dealer
Drive the future of automotive with JETOUR Australia
JETOUR Motor Australia is an automotive business operating in the aftersales accessories sector, working with a national dealer network to deliver genuine and approved accessories that enhance vehicle appeal, customer utility and dealer profitability.
The Accessory Manager will lead the development and growth of JETOUR Motor Australia's genuine and approved accessory business in Australia. This role is responsible for establishing a market-relevant accessory portfolio and the supporting commercial, supplier, technical, compliance and dealer processes required to operate the function effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking accessories from customer and dealer insight through business case, sourcing, product development, vehicle integration, validation, pricing, launch and ongoing lifecycle management.
The role will work closely with JETOUR global teams, Australian suppliers and the national dealer network to develop safe, compliant, commercially sustainable accessories that support customer needs and dealer profitability. This is an opportunity for an experienced automotive accessory or product professional to build and shape the accessory function in Australia, rather than simply manage an established portfolio.
Develop and maintain the Australian accessory strategy, product roadmap and launch plan aligned with JETOUR brand, model and customer priorities
Build and develop the Australian accessory portfolio, identifying gaps and opportunities based on customer, dealer, competitor and vehicle-usage insights
Lead accessory projects from concept and business case through quotation, specification, prototyping, tooling, approval, production and launch
Translate Australian market and dealer requirements into clear product specifications and recommendations for global stakeholders
Select, develop and manage approved suppliers using robust commercial, technical, quality, capacity, ethical-sourcing and continuity criteria
Establish appropriate processes for accessory sourcing, product development, validation, approval and lifecycle management
Define and document validation plans covering function, durability, corrosion, environmental exposure, vehicle integration, installation and foreseeable misuse
Ensure required technical, safety and regulatory assessments are completed before release, including Australian Design Rule considerations
Develop business cases and recommend retail, wholesale and campaign pricing that balance customer value, dealer economics, competitiveness and JETOUR margin objectives
Own accessory revenue, gross margin, penetration and portfolio reporting; analyse results by model, dealer, product and campaign
Deliver accessory readiness for vehicle launches, including approved stock, pricing, imagery, catalogue data, installation instructions and warranty terms
Establish dealer fitment standards and scalable training so accessories are installed safely, consistently and without damage to vehicle systems
Monitor product performance, customer and dealer feedback, warranty trends and quality issues, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement
Work collaboratively with Product, Aftersales, Parts, Network, Sales, Finance and Marketing teams to maximise the commercial performance of the accessory portfolio
You will be an experienced automotive professional with a strong background in accessories, product management, parts, aftermarket or related commercial functions. Importantly, you will be able to demonstrate experience developing products and commercial opportunities rather than simply managing or executing an established product range.
You will ideally bring:
Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, product management, supply chain or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
Substantial automotive accessory, product, parts or commercial management experience within an OEM, distributor, manufacturer or major supplier environment
Demonstrated experience taking physical products from opportunity identification and business case through supplier development, validation, launch and lifecycle management
Experience developing or establishing an accessory, aftermarket or product function, portfolio or strategy
Strong commercial capability across pricing, margin, forecasting, negotiation, contracts and performance analysis
Sound understanding of automotive accessory integration, dealer fitment, quality management and Australian safety and compliance considerations
Strong stakeholder, supplier and project leadership skills
Ability to work effectively with global Head Office teams while also understanding and advocating for Australian market requirements
Current Australian driver's licence and ability to travel regularly
Experience managing a genuine-accessory portfolio for an automotive OEM or national distributor
Technical exposure to vehicle integration, homologation, engineering validation, tow systems or electrical accessories
Experience with supplier audits, quality tools, corrective action and product approval documentation
Experience establishing new supplier relationships or developing new accessory products for market launch
Experience working within a start-up, greenfield or rapidly growing automotive business
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global automotive brand at an important stage of its Australian journey. You won't simply be delivering established campaigns or managing an existing accessory catalogue. You will have the opportunity to build and shape JETOUR Australia's accessory business, product portfolio and dealer capability from the ground up.
We offer:
