JETOUR Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a meticulous Parts Warehouse Support Specialist to ensure dealers receive the right parts on time. You will handle inbound receiving, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch and returns, working with dealer support, logistics and IT to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Relevant warehousing, logistics or automotive parts qualifications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, automotive parts, logistics, inventory control or similar operations.
• Ability to accurately read part numbers, labels, order documentation and warehouse locations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Good teamwork, reliability and task ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and ability to elevate operational issues.
• Proficiency with warehouse management, scanning, inventory or ERP systems; MS 365 skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound automotive parts and record receipts per procedures.

As we continue to grow our presence across Australia, we are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Parts Warehouse Support Specialist to join our growing team.

About the role

The Parts Warehouse Support Specialist plays an important role in ensuring JETOUR dealers have the right parts, at the right time, to keep vehicles on the road and customers moving. Working across inbound receiving, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and warehouse systems, you will help ensure parts and accessories are handled safely, accurately and efficiently from arrival through to delivery. You will work closely with Parts Dealer Support, Inventory Planning, Logistics, warehouse partners and carriers to manage priorities, resolve operational issues and maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and service. This is a hands-on opportunity to join a growing automotive brand and contribute to building efficient and reliable parts operations as JETOUR continues to expand across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound automotive parts and accessories in line with delivery schedules, safety requirements and approved warehouse procedures
• Check deliveries against shipping and purchase documentation, including part numbers, quantities, packaging condition and compliance requirements
• Accurately record receipts, shortages, overages, damage and discrepancies in approved warehouse systems and elevate issues as required
• Label, stage and put away stock promptly, maintaining accurate locations, traceability and appropriate storage conditions
• Pick dealer, emergency, vehicle-off-road, campaign and internal orders accurately and efficiently using approved scanning and verification processes
• Verify part numbers, quantities, condition, serial or batch information and delivery destinations prior to packing and dispatch
• Select appropriate packaging and protection based on part size, weight, fragility, value and dangerous-goods requirements
• Prepare and stage orders for dispatch to the correct carrier and service level, ensuring all system transactions are completed accurately
• Perform regular cycle counts, stock checks and location audits, investigating and reporting inventory variances
• Work collaboratively with Parts Dealer Support, Inventory Planning, Warehouse leadership and IT to resolve stock, allocation, order, scanning and system issues
• Identify and appropriately segregate damaged, mislabelled, obsolete, quarantined, suspect or non-conforming stock
• Receive and process approved dealer returns, warranty-return parts, freight returns and internal transfers in accordance with established procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy and dealer service levels
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment and comply with all relevant workplace health and safety requirements

About you

You are organised, dependable and hands-on, with a strong focus on accuracy, safety and customer service. You take ownership of your work, enjoy working as part of a team and are comfortable working in a fast paced warehouse environment.

You will ideally have:

• Relevant warehousing, logistics, supply chain or automotive parts qualifications, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, automotive parts, logistics, inventory control or a similar operational environment
• The ability to accurately read and interpret part numbers, labels, order documentation and warehouse locations
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Good teamwork, reliability and task-ownership skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to elevate operational issues effectively
• Sound digital and numerical literacy, including experience with warehouse management, scanning, inventory or ERP systems
• Basic Microsoft 365 skills
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the role and obtain or maintain any required equipment licences and site authorisations

Desirable experience

• Previous experience within an automotive OEM, distributor, dealer group or third-party logistics environment
• Experience handling automotive parts of varying sizes, weights, fragility and value, including body panels, glass and accessories
• Current forklift, order-picker or other relevant high-risk work licence, where required
• Experience with cycle counting, stocktakes, returns, quarantine processes, dangerous goods, quality checks or freight claims
