The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive scheduling, and close collaboration with CX and the Academic Operations Manager to ensure smooth term planning and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with teaching staff.
• Experience managing staffing rosters and last-minute schedule changes.
• Familiarity with CRM/LMS tools used for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own roster integrity across Mathematics, English, Sciences, and Primary.
• Negotiate shift coverage with teachers and tutors to ensure class delivery.
• Manage absence and relief coverage to protect delivery continuity across campuses.
