Matrix Education in Australia is seeking an Academic Operations Specialist to manage rostering and ensure qualified teachers cover every class across Mathematics, English, Sciences, and Primary. The role requires proactive communication with teachers, campus staff, and CX to maintain delivery continuity and high service standards.

You will own roster integrity, negotiate shift coverage by phone, handle absences, coordinate with Faculty Leads, and maintain live records in Salesforce, NeoLMS, CMS3

Qualifications

• Proven background in fast-paced rostering, customer service, or operations.
• Experience coordinating with teaching staff and campus stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM and LMS platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Rostering Execution and Staffing Integrity across subject areas.
• Proactive Coverage Negotiation via direct phone contact.
• Absence & Relief Management to protect delivery continuity.
• Relationship Management with teachers, tutors, and families.
