What You'll Be Doing
- Contract interpretation and administration
- Managing contractual obligations and project compliance requirements
- Preparing, assessing and submitting progress claims
- Identifying, pricing and negotiating variations
- Monitoring project budgets, forecasts and cash flow
- Preparing monthly project reports and commercial updates
- Coordinating engineering and technical activities across projects
- Developing and maintaining construction programs
- Managing procurement and subcontractor engagement
- Supporting project delivery teams to achieve program, quality and productivity targets
- Building and maintaining strong client, consultant and subcontractor relationships
- Ensuring project milestones and contractual deliverables are achieved

About You
You're a driven construction professional who takes ownership and delivers results. You will have:
- Degree qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering civil, infrastructure, mining or structural construction projects
- Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial management
- Experience preparing progress claims, variations and project reporting
- Knowledge of construction programming, temporary works designs and project controls
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams
Highly Regarded
- Experience delivering reinforced concrete structures
- Exposure to major infrastructure, transport or industrial projects
- Experience managing project budgets and forecasting
- Experience on medium to large-scale construction projects
