Job summary

Marble Group is recruiting for Project Engineer / Site Engineer roles to deliver major civil and data centre projects in Sydney. You will work with senior leaders to drive complex civil packages from planning through to completion, with exposure to earthworks, drainage, roads, concrete and utilities.

You’ll join a collaborative team focused on safety, quality and timely delivery, enabling long-term career progression within a rapidly growing civil contractor.

Qualifications

• A Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer delivering Australian civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong exposure to earthworks, drainage, roads, concrete or utilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Assist with project planning, programming and procurement.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site resources.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, ITPs and project records.
• Monitor construction progress, project costs and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal project teams.
• Support the successful delivery of technically complex civil infrastructure works.

Project Engineer / Site Engineer - Major Civil & Data Centre Projects

Work on some of Sydney's most exciting civil infrastructure and data centre developments.

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across New South Wales. Due to continued growth and a significant pipeline of secured work, they're looking to appoint experienced Project Engineers and Site Engineers to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on major data centre developments and complex civil infrastructure projects, offering long-term career progression, technical challenges and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced leadership team.

The Opportunity

You’ll be involved in the delivery of complex civil packages from planning through to completion, working on projects that include:

• Major data centre developments
• Detailed excavation
• Bulk earthworks
• Piling works
• Stormwater and drainage infrastructure
• Concrete structures
• Asphalt road construction
• Kerb & gutter
• Landscaping and public domain works
• Rain gardens and environmental infrastructure

Key Responsibilities
