Job summary

4K Automotive Group is seeking a passionate 4x4 enthusiast for our Lidcombe store to manage sales inquiries across a front counter, email, phone and multi-channel leads. You will prepare quotes and proposals and help drive revenue with the team.

Based in Sydney's Lidcombe, the role requires a NSW driver’s licence and a high-energy, customer-focused approach. Training and EAP-like support are provided as part of the WS4x4 family.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate 4x4 enthusiast who lives and breathes all things 4x4! Based at our Lidcombe location, we are a supplier of Ironman 4x4 products and more!

As part of the 4K Automotive Group, and a subsidiary of the Phil Gilbert Motor Group, West Sydney 4x4 partners with market-leading automotive brands such as Toyota, Hyundai and Kia.

What will you do?

• Attending to all sales enquiries at our store front counter, email, by phone and various lead channels from WS4x4 customers
• Preparing sales orders, quotes and proposals
• Preparing the appropriate documentation to complete the sale
• Helping the team achieve the stores revenue and profit targets
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure that all work involving fitting is completed on-time and to standard.

About You

• Great attitude with strong attention to detail
• Passion for sales with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent computer skills and phone manner
• Interest in cars, 4x4ing, and the outdoor lifestyle
• High-energy, customer-focused approach
