Job summary

Phil Gilbert Motor Group in Sydney is seeking an Experienced Sales Consultant to join Kia. You will develop product knowledge across our vehicle range, understand customer needs, and guide them through the purchase journey while delivering exceptional service.

The role involves proactive outreach to generate new business, including cold calling and lead follow-ups, and working with targets, KPIs, and CRM systems. You must have a NSW driver's license and full working rights in Australia.
