Responsibilities

• Working in a designated section as directed by the Head Chef.
• Supporting and mentoring apprentice chefs in their development.
• Preparing ingredients and mise en place for upcoming service periods.
• Contributing creative ideas and specials to showcase culinary flair.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area while upholding food safety standards.
• Assisting with monthly stocktakes and kitchen organisation.
