Sky Recruitment Australia seeks an Account Manager to develop and grow our customer business within a 3PL Warehouse environment, driving profitable growth and ensuring excellence in operations and customer satisfaction.

The role involves managing key customer accounts, reviewing service performance, resolving issues, and collaborating with Transport, HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing to achieve common outcomes.

Formación

• Experience in a 3PL / Warehouse environment.
• Understanding of warehouse processes.
• Experience leading operations is desired.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage key customer accounts by providing sound and proper advice relating to warehouse processes.
• Continually review and improve business processes to improve productivity and add value to business services.
• Conduct regular visits to review service performance with the customer.
• Undertake responsibility for resolving customer issues, ensuring clear understanding of the customer's expectations and requirements.
• Building strong positive relationships with customers.
• Overseeing effective operations quality and standards.
• Collaborate with the other functions / teams e.g Transport, HR, IT, Finance, Marketing to achieve common outcomes.
