Responsibilities

• Design game mechanics, content, and levels from concept to implementation using Unity3D and internal tools.
• Define level structure, sequencing, and difficulty progression for an engaging player journey.
• Balance and maintain levels, level funnels, and player journeys; support live ops events.
• Analyze game metrics, KPIs, market trends, playtest results, team input and community feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Analysts to define requirements and improve KPIs.
