Frontier is seeking a Senior Game Designer to own major features for our creative management simulations. You will collaborate with disciplines to turn ideas into player-loved experiences, guiding content from concept to final polish in a hybrid studio setting.

You will balance systems using data and telemetry, drive quality via playtests and feedback, and mentor teammates as part of a dynamic, globally respected studio with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of games across genres and platforms.
• Strong commercial game design experience through the product lifecycle on PC & console.
• Solid understanding of player psychology and gamer motivations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and iteration of complex game features.
• Implement and refine game content using in-house tools.
• Build alignment and understanding of features with clear verbal and written communication.
• Ensure game systems are balanced using analytics and telemetry.
