Qualifications

• Experience in game design across concept, iteration and balancing.
• Experience contributing to multiple design disciplines in a project.
• Ability to create clear design documentation and gameplay specs.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise game design documents.
• Participate in brainstorming, prototyping, tuning and level design.
• Iterate on content and provide feedback for player experience.
• Analyze and improve existing content and gameplay features.
• Research, develop and design new game content and features.
• Work to ensure games are engaging and fun.
• Collaborate with a small team to ship at least one commercial game.
• Communicate ideas clearly and accept feedback.
• Iterate many times to refine mechanics.
