Job summary

The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience in kitchens, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. You will work with senior management to improve profitability while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management in kitchens.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Familiarity with inventory management, food safety, and customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the business, including opening/closing procedures, food preparations, and inventory management.
• Supervise a team of employees and delegate tasks as necessary.
• Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote strong team spirit.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies to increase profitability.
• Ensure safety, health, and hygiene standards are met.
• Act as the main contact in the absence of the Head chef.
