Hatched Chicken Noosa is seeking a hands-on Culinary Team Leader to guide the kitchen, uphold quality, safety and efficiency during all service periods.

You will lead daily operations, train and develop team members, manage stock and waste, and help establish the Noosa location including pre-opening training at Bokarina. This position is ideal for a calm, organized leader in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience leading a busy kitchen or fast-casual/QSR operation.
• Understanding of food safety, stock, ordering, waste and labour.
• Capable of developing junior team members.
• Remain calm and organised during high-volume services.

Mansioni

• Lead the Noosa culinary team and day-to-day kitchen operation.
• Maintain Hatched recipes, portions, preparation and product-quality standards.
• Lead opening, service and closing procedures.
• Plan preparation and production according to forecast demand.
• Maintain service speed and quality during peak periods.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop culinary team members.
• Allocate positions and responsibilities during service.
• Maintain Hatched food-safety, hygiene and cleaning standards.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stock rotation and stocktakes.
• Monitor food usage, portion control, yield and waste.
