Job summary

Lakeside Chicken Newcastle (Wheeler Investments Aust Pty Ltd) – Blacksmiths NSW is seeking a motivated and reliable Full-Time 2IC to work alongside management and help lead day-to-day operations. Full training will be provided to support learning the role.

Key duties include managing customer orders, placing supplier orders, delegating tasks, coordinating delivery routes, processing poultry products (portioning, bagging, preparation), slicing and preparing chicken, and completing scheduled

• Experience with knife skills and food preparation preferred.
• Available to work Saturday morning shifts.
