Job summary

You will drive performance, capability development and training compliance while building strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to continuously improve service quality across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in staff management, workforce planning, rostering, training and professional development.
• Knowledge of contemporary HR practices in 24-hour shift environments.
• Proficiency with hospital information systems, MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of Switchboard Services to ensure continuous service delivery.
• Drive staff performance, capability development and mandatory training compliance.
• Oversee administrative workforce management, contribute to financial and budget processes, analyze operational reports and manage emergency response protocols.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.
