The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience, strong communication and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and other information systems is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to exercise personal judgement and initiative.
• Extensive customer service experience in general office/reception duties.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain discretion.
• Effective communication with staff, public and patients.
• Proficiency with computerized information systems including Word and Excel.
• Ability to work as part of the Switchboard and Health Service Team.

Responsabilités

• Provide a professional and courteous switchboard service to staff and customers, ensuring appropriate action within suitable timeframes.
• Work varied hours in compliance with operational hours of the Switchboard Services Unit.
