Qualifications

• Must have completed a School Certificate or HSC and not hold a university degree in Library and Information Services.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and willingness to learn in a library setting.
• Ability to undertake the Certificate IV in Information and Library Services while employed.

Responsibilities

• Provide general library customer service and assist with loan and return transactions.
• Support day-to-day library operations and participate in cross-team projects.
• Operate in a friendly team environment and follow established procedures.
