You will support people to live as independently as possible, assist with daily living activities, meals, personal care, and community participation, with rosters designed to fit both the service needs and your availability.

Join #TeamPossible! We have Permanent Part-Time & Casual Disability Support Worker opportunities available in Gladstone, working across our Lifestyle & Learning (L&L) service and Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.
These roles offer variety and flexibility, with rosters designed around the needs of the people we support. You may work across different shift types, including days, afternoons, evenings and sleepovers.
Some permanent rosters include 2–4 consecutive sleepover shifts, so you will need to be comfortable with sleepover requirements. At the same time, we have a range of roster options available, providing good flexibility and the opportunity to find a roster that works well for you.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will support people with disability to live as independently as possible, achieve their goals and participate in their local community.
Working across our L&L and SIL services, every day will be different. You could be supporting someone to develop daily living skills, preparing meals, assisting with personal care, attending community activities or helping someone work towards their NDIS goals.
We are looking for a confident, compassionate, reliable and person-centred Disability Support Worker who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across different support environments.
Experience in disability, aged care, mental health, community services or similar areas will be highly regarded. We are also open to candidates who have transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
You will need to be flexible, reliable and comfortable working a range of shifts, including sleepovers where required.
