We are currently recruiting this on-site role for our Innsbruck Office:

Full time (40h/week), on-site

You are a highly skilled and motivated Frontend Developer eager to join Women’s Best dynamic team. As a member of our Web Development team, you will be responsible for writing efficient JavaScript and HTML code for our portfolio of over 30 successful social media brands' online shops. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, drive innovation, and contribute to the growth and success of our platform.

• Create high-performance, testable, and scalable JavaScript and HTML code for our cutting-edge, Shopify-powered online shops, pushing the boundaries of user experience and driving conversion rates to new heights.
• Take ownership of projects and drive innovation by implementing new features and enhancements
• Collaborate with an agile team to solve complex problems and deliver sustainable outcomes
• Work closely with the Web Development team to ensure high-quality code and best practices are maintained
• Utilize your expertise to work with REST APIs
• Maintain and optimize the performance of our online shops
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in frontend development to continuously improve our platform

• Able to working on-site, full Austrian visa / right-to work
• 2+ years of web development experience
• Profound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React
• Familiarity with Node.js
• Basic understanding of backend technologies, including PHP and databases
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating them into frontend applications
• Familiarity with Shopify, Bitbucket, and AWS is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas and solutions clearly

• Briefly on the legal: For this position, depending on qualifications and work experience, the minimum gross annual salary for full-time starts at EUR 42,5000. The willingness to overpayment is given, depending on your qualification and previous professional experience.
