Sportradar AG is seeking a People Systems & Insights Partner to own the Workday platform and support HR processes across performance, learning and time & absence. You’ll be the engine behind Workday reliability and security.

You will manage mass data loads, run quarterly and annual cycles, resolve tier-2 tickets, and drive reporting improvements with end-user training. This role offers a collaborative, globally diverse team and flexible work options.

Qualifikationen

• 1–4 years in HRIS/HR operations or people analytics; Workday experience preferred.
• Strong data accuracy with audit trails.
• Organised and calm during live cycles, deadline-driven.
• Service mindset with curiosity to resolve issues and spot patterns.
• Clear, confident communication with technical and business teams.
• Aim to grow into a Workday specialist.

Aufgaben

• Execute mass data loads (EIBs) for org changes and annual cycles.
• Run quarterly/annual cycles: performance, calibration, talent and compensation reviews.
• Resolve escalated Workday tickets (tier 2) and fix root causes.
• Own testing for Workday releases; data retention and purging.
• Implement Workday configuration improvements, starting small and growing ownership.
• Support Workday reports and dashboards; ensure security and data quality.
