Sportradar is seeking a sharp People Systems Partner to drive the Workday workflow across performance, learning, benefits, time & absence, and engagement. You will own modules over time, mentor others, and collaborate with senior specialists who teach and grow your expertise.

The role focuses on data loads, cycle support, ticket resolution, testing, and reporting improvements with emphasis on security and end-user training.

Qualifikationen

• 1-4 years in HRIS, HR systems, HR operations or people analytics; Workday experience preferred.
• Reconcile data before publishing and keep an audit trail by instinct.
• Organised and calm during live cycles with deadline driven focus.
• A service mindset with curiosity to resolve issues and spot patterns.
• Clear, confident communication with technical and business teams.
• Ambition to grow into a Workday specialist; development offered.

Aufgaben

• Execute mass data loads (EIBs) for org changes, uploads, annual cycles with audit-proof accuracy.
• Run operational side of quarterly and annual cycles including performance and calibration support.
• Resolve escalated Workday tickets (tier 2) and fix root causes.
• Own structured testing for Workday releases and data retention routines.
• Implement Workday configuration improvements and develop ownership of areas.
• Support Workday reporting improvements with secure, clean data for insights.
