Accenture is seeking a Workday Core HCM Lead to guide organizations through transformations using Workday technology in Austria. You will lead end-to-end HCM projects, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and tailor cloud-based HR solutions to client needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday HCM projects from initiation to deployment.
• Experience implementing Workday HCM or similar cloud/on-premise platforms.
• Ability to travel with clients as needed and manage teams and client interactions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Lead Workday Core HCM workstreams and ensure delivery aligned with client requirements.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on Workday Core HCM topics with stakeholders.
• Independently manage your workstream and report progress to leadership.
• Liaise with clients, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed expectations.
• Support innovation through development of new methodologies and assets.
