Job summary

BOA® Technology is seeking a Consumer Support Representative to handle warranty and spare parts orders, manage shipping, and maintain inventory. You will provide product support to end users and retailers, using an ERP system to process orders and cycles counts daily.

You will work with a global network, reflect BOA's vision and values, and build strong cross-functional relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years experience in customer service.
• Experience balancing customer requests, admin needs and internal priorities.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to collaborate globally.
• Desire to use mechanical aptitude to understand products and components.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty and spare parts orders from end-users and retailers using ERP.
• Reflect BOA vision and demonstrate leadership in the Consumer Support team.
• Respond to high-volume inquiries with exceptional service by phone and email.
• Maintain accurate inventory and support shipping and cycle counts.
• Develop knowledge of current and past BOA system parts and products.
