Frontify invites a VP of Platform Engineering to lead a team of ~20 engineers and 4 managers, owning IDP, AI tooling, and cloud infrastructure. You set technology strategy, remove friction for product teams, and mentor leaders to grow in their roles.

You will partner with the CPO/CPTO and sit on the Product leadership team to align priorities with product needs. You will drive security posture, architecture standards, and scalable DevOps practices while ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality

Qualifikationen

• Led platform or infrastructure engineering at scale.
• 12+ years in engineering with 5+ years leading other leaders.
• Built or matured an internal developer platform adopted by engineers.

• Ensure security posture, observability, and reliability at scale.
