Vinted is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the Frontend Technologies domain within Marketplace. You will shape architecture, drive modularization, and align 40+ frontend engineers across iOS, Android, and Web to deliver scalable platform changes.

You will manage 4 Engineering Managers and 3 Staff Engineers, setting FE strategy and influencing 9 product domains. This role is hybrid with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record leading large frontend domains and 2+ years of leading leaders.
• Experience shaping frontend strategy and architecture for multiple product domains.
• Ability to align 40+ teams and 9 product domains around a cohesive frontend vision.

Aufgaben

• Set and drive the frontend technology strategy across Marketplace.
• Lead 4 Engineering Managers and 3 Staff Engineers to deliver the FE roadmap.
• Oversee modularization, design systems, CI/CD, and global UI quality.
• Balance long-term vision with first-quarter deliverables to enable two-year plans.
• Foster cross-domain collaboration and influence without formal authority.
