• Ability to design workflows around AI and review AI-generated code critically.

• Play a leading role in design and delivery of significant technical initiatives across Licensing and beyond.
• Tackle complex, ambiguous technical problems and guide teams through them.
• Set technical direction across teams and align technical and business stakeholders.
• Define how AI is used across delivery, including design, testing, and operations.
• Build tooling and guardrails enabling engineers to delegate work to AI with review as the standard.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve systems and practices.
• Raise cross-team productivity by improving delivery, collaboration and best practices.
• Coach and mentor senior engineers and collaborate with managers and architects.
• Drive down technical debt and lift engineering quality.
