Zusammenfassung

Entain Group is seeking a Portfolio Lead in Vienna to drive delivery across multiple pods (Engineering, Quality, Product). You will blend hands-on leadership with AI-augmented methods to optimize value flow from idea to production.

You will coach pod leads, manage cross-pod priorities, and help teams scale delivery while focusing on outcomes, OKRs and value realization. This role emphasizes autonomy, accountability, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in delivery/agile roles with multi-team experience.
• Expert in flow-based delivery (Kanban, lean, continuous delivery).
• Experience enabling multiple teams/pods at scale.
• Strong understanding of AI tooling and its application to software delivery.
• Experience in capacity planning, demand forecasting and resource optimization.
• OKR strategy knowledge; regulated industry experience desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead pod delivery performance across the sub-domain.
• Communicate delivery health, risks and performance to leadership.
• Coach pod leads with facilitation and conflict resolution.
• Ensure cross-pod alignment on priorities and goals.
• Promote knowledge sharing across pods.
• Apply AI to improve delivery and reporting.
• Define and monitor delivery metrics and dashboards.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership at sub-domain level.
• Forecast capacity and support hiring/allocation decisions.
• Support adoption of standards, playbooks and tools.
