Job summary

MR MARVIS in Vienna is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the new Vienna store on a full-time basis (38 hours, including Saturdays). You will represent our brand story, drive store performance, and coach a small team alongside the Assistant Store Manager.You’ll oversee recruitment, scheduling, inventory, KPI analysis, and visual standards, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

German fluency and English competence are required, and you’ll enjoy a 10% monthly bonus, 25 vacation

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or in a retail leadership role.
• Strong German language skills and good English.
• Data-driven with ability to translate KPIs into actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall store performance, budgets, and KPIs.
• Champion the brand story and customer experience.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee talent lifecycle including recruitment and interviews.
• Manage daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Translate data into strategy and performance plans.
• Maintain premium visual standards and events.
• Collaborate with Area Manager with regular updates.
