Placements24 is seeking charismatic Tour Guides for a premium operator based in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will lead small to medium groups on immersive tours, delivering insightful commentary and ensuring a safe, memorable experience.

You should have deep knowledge of local history and landmarks, strong public speaking and intercultural communication skills, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a tour guide or in a customer-facing role.
• In-depth knowledge of Queenstown and Eastern Cape history and landmarks.
• Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse groups.
• A valid driver's license is advantageous.
• First Aid certification is a strong plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Genuine passion for history, culture, and South African heritage.

• Handle minor logistical issues that may arise during tours.
• Contribute to the development of new tour routes and content where applicable.
