Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Real Estate Development Manager to oversee a portfolio of development projects in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. This hybrid role combines site-based leadership with strategic planning and financial analysis to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will lead feasibility studies, coordinate with architects and authorities, and drive sales collaboration while managing risks and reporting to senior management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7-9 years of direct experience in real estate development, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proven track record of delivering complex development projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of land use, zoning regulations, construction processes, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Queenstown and broader Eastern Cape real estate market is an advantage.
• Ability to manage a hybrid work schedule effectively, balancing site-based responsibilities with remote administrative tasks.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in development finance.
