myneva Group in Vienna is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) for a 3-month temporary contract in Contract Management. You will assist with digitization and processing of HR documents, ensuring complete, clearly categorized, and securely stored records.

You will contribute to quality assurance for the digital contract portfolio, handling sensitive HR data with care and confidentiality; excellent German language skills and independent work after training are required.

Qualifikationen

• Initial HR administration experience.
• Very meticulous and structured approach to work.
• Strong sense of responsibility handling confidential documents and data.
• Good organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and Office applications.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Good written and spoken German skills.

Aufgaben

• Reviewing and sorting existing contract documents.
• Checking documents for completeness and assignability.
• Identifying missing or unclear documents.
• Scanning and merging multi-page contract documents if needed.
• Ensuring digitized documents are legible and complete.
• Structuring digital filing in designated systems or folders.
• Reviewing already digitized and filed documents.
• Reconciling physical with digital contract inventory.
• Handling contract and company documents confidentially and in compliance with data protection regulations.
