Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in IT governance, operating model design, CIO Office or related areas.
• Experience in banking or highly regulated industries.
• Proven track record with governance frameworks and operating models.
• Experience influencing senior executives without formal authority.
• Strong understanding of technology organizations and delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and evolve the EG CIO Governance Capability Model.
• Design governance frameworks and IT operating models.
• Drive adoption of IT governance across EG and local IT delivery teams.
• Support regulatory and supervisory governance enhancements.
• Represent the Holding CIO to EG and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and support executive decision-making forums.
