Zusammenfassung

Erste Bank Oesterreich invites an experienced IT strategist to support development and execution of the IT strategy within the CIO team. You will engage with Business, IT, Erste Digital and Group functions to advance strategic technology and governance initiatives.

You will analyze technology trends, contribute to governance and regulation topics, and prepare papers and presentations for CIO and senior stakeholders while collaborating across divisions to align architecture, cloud, data and AI

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in IT strategy, technology consulting, governance or related field.
• Strong understanding of modern IT organizations; exposure to architecture, cloud, software engineering, data or AI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support the development and implementation of the EBOe IT strategy and CIO initiatives.
• Analyze technology trends and translate them into implications for business, IT landscape and governance.
• Contribute to IT governance, portfolio and investment management as well as technology-related regulatory topics.
• Prepare decision papers, management presentations and structured analyses for CIO and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Erste Digital and internal stakeholders on strategic technology topics including architecture, cloud, data and AI.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and facilitate workshops with Business and IT stakeholders.
• Help improve governance processes, transparency and decision-making across the CIO organization.
