Erste Group Bank AG is seeking an experienced IT governance leader to shape governance frameworks and operating models within Group IT. You will drive governance design, architecture alignment, and regulatory oversight across the bank's IT services and providers.

In this high-visibility role you will partner with CIO-level stakeholders, oversee transformation programs, and translate complex organizational challenges into practical governance solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in IT governance, operating models, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience in banking or highly regulated environments.
• Proven track record with governance frameworks and operating models.
• Ability to influence executives and manage without formal authority.
• Strong analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking.

• Develop and evolve the EG CIO Governance Capability Model.
• Design governance frameworks and IT operating models.
• Drive adoption across EG and local IT delivery organizations.
