Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Salzburg is seeking a building technician for its year-round position. You will operate and maintain technical systems at two beautiful resorts. The ideal candidate has experience in building services, thorough and independent work habits, and must be proficient in German. This role offers a secure position, 40-hour work week, and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary is EUR 2500 gross per month, and accommodation cannot be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of technical systems and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of compliance with safety standards.
• Ability to conduct emergency training.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain technical systems at resorts.
• Conduct daily inspections to identify and resolve defects.
• Perform interior and exterior building maintenance.
