Chatarmin, a fast-growing startup, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Customer Success Team in Vienna. You’ll be the first line of defense for customers, owning issues from first contact to resolution, and shaping our support processes.

We value grit, curiosity, and the ability to communicate clearly in German and English. You’ll work with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and AI prompts to improve the product and customer experience from day one.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in tech support or similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Understanding of API calls, webhooks, and JSON; able to read API docs.
• Strong customer-facing communication; resolve issues efficiently.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Be the go-to person for questions from customers (chat, email, and tickets).
• Maintain a portfolio of 100+ clients end-to-end.
• Setup and improve AI agents setups.
• Onboard and communicate a clear roadmap to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly or escalate when needed.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
