Join, a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup in Vienna, seeks a Technical Support Engineer to join the Customer Success Team. You’ll be the first line of defense when customers need help, own issues end-to-end for 100+ clients, and help improve AI agent setups and self-serve documentation.

You don’t need 10 years of experience; we value grit, curiosity, and the drive to solve problems fast. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, and ideally you live in Vienna, Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in tech support, CS, QA, or a similar role - ideally in B2B SaaS.
• You have a good understanding of how API calls and webhooks work and can read and understand JSON and API documentation. In addition, you have practical experience in how to prompt LLMs correctly.
• You enjoy engaging directly with customers and take pride in resolving issues efficiently.
• Clear communicator in writing and speech (fluent in German and English)
• Calm under pressure, eager to learn, and ready to hustle
• Preverably living inVienna. Europe is a must.
• Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Be the go-to person for questions from customers (chat, email, and tickets)
• Maintain a portfolio of 100+ clients end-to-end
• Setup and improve AI agents setups
• Onboard and improve clients with clear roadmap and communication
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues fast - or escape smart when needed
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation and knowledge base articles
