ecosio is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for tech roles across Europe. You’ll partner with hiring managers to ensure fast, smooth processes and an excellent candidate experience in a remote-first environment.

You’ll join a fast-growing company integrating with Vertex, with a strong focus on international hiring and innovative recruiting tools. The role emphasizes ownership and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• Experience with hiring tech roles in a growing B2B SaaS company
• Experience with international hiring with focus on Europe
• A proactive approach to finding and implementing solutions that improve hiring outcomes
• Strong task ownership
• Basic understanding of software engineering concepts and terminology
• Interest in new hiring tools and continuous improvement of our processes
• Track record as an in-house talent acquisition partner

And nice to have…

• Fluency in additional languages (German, Spanish, French, Polish etc.)
• Experience working with Greenhouse or Workday
• Experience working in a remote-first environment
• Track record using new AI recruiting tools such as Metaview/JuiceBox etc.

The minimum salary for this position is 60 000€ in Austria. Your actual salary will depend on your experience and location.
