Job summary

ecosio GmbH is a fast-growing, international company specializing in e-invoicing and EDI. We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for tech roles across Europe, driving candidate experience and collaborating closely with hiring managers during a dynamic integration into Vertex.

You will source candidates, own processes, and continuously improve hiring outcomes in a remote-first, flexible environment with international opportunities and a strong focus on growth.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Experience hiring tech roles in a growing B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with international hiring focusing on Europe.
• Proactive approach to improving hiring outcomes.
• Strong task ownership.
• Basic understanding of software engineering concepts.
• Interest in new hiring tools and process improvement.
• Track record as an in-house talent acquisition partner.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for tech roles (developers, product managers, engineers).
• Active sourcing and working with international talents.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure fast, smooth processes and great candidate experience.
• Contribute to operational excellence in talent acquisition projects.
• Partner with stakeholders during changing environments (acquisitions, integrations).
• Improve hiring processes and implement effective recruiting tools and strategies.

The minimum salary for this position is 60 000€ in Austria. Your actual salary will depend on your experience and location.
