Job summary

ecosio GmbH is hiring for a Talent Acquisition role in a remote-first, international setup across Europe. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for tech roles, drive candidate Experience, and partner with hiring managers to accelerate hiring across multiple countries.

Fluency in English and experience with Greenhouse/Workday are highly valued. You will shape hiring processes in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Experience hiring tech roles in a growing B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with international hiring focusing on Europe.
• Proactive approach to improve hiring outcomes.
• Strong ownership of recruitment tasks.
• Basic understanding of software concepts and terminology.
• Interest in new hiring tools and process improvement.
• Track record as an in-house talent acquisition partner.

Responsibilities

• Hire tech roles (developers, PMs, engineers) across Europe.
• Active sourcing and working with international talents.
• Own end-to-end recruitment processes and timelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers for fast, smooth processes.
