Job summary

ecosio is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to strengthen our AWS and Kubernetes posture. You will identify and implement security controls, address misconfigurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold security standards across microservices.

Ideal candidates have several years of cloud security experience, hands-on AWS focus, and scripting skills. The role supports a remote-first culture with flexible hours and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Cloud Security Engineer or similar role.
• Strong hands-on cloud security experience, ideally in AWS environments.
• Experience with Bash, Python, Go, Rust, or Java is a plus.
• Experience with automation and infra tools listed (Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Terraform).
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks and risk assessment techniques.
